The cooking lessons are very entertaining. They begin with the process of finding the ingredients to prepare each dish. The students are involved in the entire process form the purchase of the ingredients in the supermarket or local street stall to the tasting of the final product.

During the classes, the students not only learn how to prepare these plates, but they also receive information on the Ecuadorian culinary art from the wide and diverse different natural regions. At the end of the class you get to eat all the goodies you prepared.
